How to cancel your subscription

Cancel any time. No questions, no clawback fee.

How

Ask in the chat at scowty.com/chat or email hello@scowty.com from your account email. Telling us why is optional. It helps us improve, but it's not required.

What happens after you cancel

Your subscription ends at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access through that period. Audits and content generation continue until the period ends.

After your period ends, you have 30 days to download anything you want. Everything we've ever generated for you is yours: blog posts, schema code, brand kit, monthly reports, the whole content library.

After 30 days, we delete your account from our active systems per our Privacy Policy. Backup copies are kept for an additional 90 days for disaster recovery, then those are deleted too.

What if you change your mind

Within 30 days of cancellation, contact us and we'll reactivate your account. Your data is intact.

Past 30 days, you sign up fresh. Your old data is gone, and you start a new customer record from scratch.

What about one-time builds

One-time builds (logo and brand story at $495, logo, brand, and website at $1,995, or logo, brand, website plus 3 months of SEO at $2,495) are refundable in full within 30 days of payment. After 30 days they're non-refundable, but you keep everything we built regardless of subscription status.

If Scowty built and hosts your website, it stays live as long as you're subscribed. After cancellation, you can export the site or migrate it to another host. Email hello@scowty.com and we'll help.

Pause vs cancel
