How long does it take?+

Most builds are live in 2 to 5 days. The brand and logo are usually done the day you start.

What's GEO?+

Generative Engine Optimization — SEO for AI search. When someone asks ChatGPT or Perplexity for "a good dentist in Tampa," GEO is the work that gets your name in the answer.

Do I own everything?+

Yes. Logos, copy, code, brand assets. All yours.

What if I want changes?+

One revision is included on the logo and one on the website. After that, additional changes are billed at a flat rate (under $200 for most changes).

Refunds?+

Yes on the build, inside 7 days, if no work has shipped to you. Monthly subscriptions cancel anytime, prorated through the current period.

Do you take everyone?+

Most service businesses. We don't take family law, probate, or civil litigation customers in Colorado — it's a conflict on our side that we honor across the board.

What if my site needs maintenance after launch?+

Two options: stay on a monthly tier for ongoing work, or buy a small additional engagement for the change. Most customers pick the monthly.
