How to change your subscription tier

You can switch between Starter ($199/mo), Growth ($349/mo), and Pro ($499/mo) at any time.

Ask in the chat at scowty.com/chat or email hello@scowty.com from your account email. Tell us which tier you want and we'll make the change.

Upgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged the pro-rated difference for the rest of the current billing period. Your tier-level features, like more tracked queries and more content per month, unlock right away.

Downgrades

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep the higher-tier features through the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, your subscription continues at the new lower rate.

What happens to your existing content if you downgrade

Nothing. Everything we've already generated for you stays in your content library. You can still download, copy, and use all of it.

The only change is the cadence going forward. If you downgrade from Growth to Starter, you'll get fewer new pieces of content per month after the change takes effect.

What if you're on annual prepay

Annual customers can change tiers mid-year. Upgrades are pro-rated and charged immediately. Downgrades trigger a pro-rated refund of the unused portion at the higher tier, and the new lower tier billing starts from that point. Annual prepay saves about 17 percent compared to paying monthly, and that discount carries to the new tier.

When to consider a tier change

Upgrade if your usage keeps hitting the cap on your current tier, for example if you've used all of your monthly content pieces by day 12. Downgrade if you consistently use less than half of your tier's allotment.
