How to download your content library
Your content library holds everything Scowty has generated for you: blog posts, GBP posts, meta and title rewrites, schema code, monthly reports, and, if Scowty built your brand, your logo and brand kit.
Downloading a single piece
Open the piece in your dashboard and copy or download it from there. Blog posts come as ready-to-publish text you can paste into any modern CMS. Schema comes as JSON-LD code. GBP posts come as ready-to-post text.
Downloading everything at once
For a bulk export of your full library, or a specific category like all blog posts, ask in the chat at scowty.com/chat or email hello@scowty.com. We'll package it up and send you a download link.
Brand assets
If Scowty designed your logo and brand kit, you get the logo in standard formats (SVG and PNG) plus the brand kit with your story, voice rules, palette, and typography. If you need a specific format or size you don't see, email hello@scowty.com.
What about your website
If Scowty built and hosts your website and you want a copy of the source code, email hello@scowty.com. We'll package the site so you can deploy it to any standard host. It includes pages, components, content, schema markup, and configuration.
If you also want the data in your customer record, like your services list, target queries, and brand voice notes, ask for an account data export in the same email.
After cancellation
You have 30 days from the end of your final billing period to download anything. After 30 days we delete your data from our active systems. We send a reminder email before the cleanup runs.
If you missed the window and need something that was deleted, email hello@scowty.com right away. We may be able to restore from backup before the 90-day backup cleanup runs. After that, recovery isn't possible.
