What's in your monthly report
Your monthly report arrives in your dashboard at the start of every month. It's a plain-English report covering the four numbers that matter and what to do about them.
The four headline numbers
New leads from search. How many new consultation requests, contact-form submissions, or tracked phone calls came from organic search in the past 30 days, ranked by which page drove them.
Google Business Profile actions. Profile views, calls placed from your GBP, direction requests, and website clicks from GBP. All four are reported with month-over-month change.
AI citation rate. Across the target queries we track for you, the percentage of query and engine combinations that cited your business in the past 30 days. Broken down per engine (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) and per query, so you can see which queries cited you and which didn't.
Top 5 ranked queries. Where you rank on Google for your highest-priority five queries, with movement compared to last month.
What changed and why
After the four numbers, a plain-language summary of the biggest movement. For example: "Your citation rate went from 8% to 14% this month, mostly because of the four new pages we shipped. The two pages with the biggest impact were X and Y."
What to do this month
Three to five recommended actions for the coming month, prioritized by likely impact. The system pulls these from the audit findings that are still open and the patterns it's seeing in your data.
You don't have to do them. If we send a recommendation that doesn't fit your practice, for example a content topic that conflicts with your professional rules, tell us through the regenerate-with-reason flow and the system learns.
Read time
About 5 to 10 minutes of actual reading. Skim the four headline numbers for a sanity check. Read the rest if you want context on what changed and what's next.
Sharing it
The report is yours. You can download it from your dashboard and share it with your accountant, your virtual assistant, or anyone else helping you make marketing decisions. If you have trouble finding or exporting it, ask in the chat at scowty.com/chat or email hello@scowty.com.
