How to reach a human
Three ways, all of them read by a person:
- Ask in the chat. Say "I want to talk to a human" (or anything close) in the chat at scowty.com/chat. Your request is logged for the team immediately, with the context of what you were doing, and we follow up by email.
- Email us. Write hello@scowty.com from the email on your account. Anything goes here: billing, bugs, refunds, questions, feedback.
- Reply to any email we've sent you. Receipts, reports, magic links. Replies land in the same inbox.
What to include
You'll get a faster, better answer if you include:
- The email address on your account (so we can find your stuff).
- Your domain, if the question is about your site or SEO work.
- What you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps when something looks wrong.
What gets handled fastest
Billing problems and "I need a human" requests go to the top of the queue. Bug reports come next, then general questions. Refund and cancellation requests are handled by a person, always, and the policy is in our refund policy.
What you don't need to do
You don't need to fight a phone tree, and there's no ticket portal to create a login for. The chat and the inbox are the whole system, and both reach the founders directly.
